Buying-intent scores
How each lead gets its 0–100 score and reason.
AI scoring
An AI model reads each post against your product description and returns a 0–100 buying-intent score with a short reason. AI scoring runs within a daily allowance that depends on your plan.
Rule-based fallback
If AI scoring is unavailable or your daily allowance is used up, LeadPerch scores posts with rules: explicit asks like “looking for”, “alternative to” or “what do you use” raise the score; switching or frustration language and questions add a little; mentions of your keywords add more; posts that look like launches or self-promotion (“I built”, “Show HN”) and hiring posts are scored down.
Using the score
Start with the highest scores. Low-intent posts do not get a sales-style reply draft, because pitching people who are not shopping does more harm than good.
