LeadPerch (“we”) provides software that surfaces public posts from Reddit, Hacker News and X and drafts suggested replies. By using LeadPerch you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

LeadPerch never posts, comments, likes or sends messages for you. You are solely responsible for anything you post, and must follow each platform's rules (including Reddit's rules on self-promotion and its ban on automated DMs). Do not use LeadPerch for spam or harassment.

Billing

Paid plans are Pro at $29/month or $290/year and Agency at $79/month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. New Pro subscribers may get a 1-day free trial (once per account); a card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. X (Twitter) coverage on paid plans is subject to a monthly allowance. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

Lifetime deal

The Pro Lifetime deal is a one-time payment of $79 for Pro plan access for the life of the LeadPerch product (not the life of the purchaser), limited to 100 purchases. It includes the same limits as Pro, including the same monthly X (Twitter) allowance, and future improvements to the Pro plan; it does not include Agency features. It is one per account and non-transferable. If you buy it while subscribed, your subscription is set to cancel at the end of its current period. If we discontinue LeadPerch we will give at least 30 days’ notice. Refunds follow the Billing section above.

Affiliate program

If you join the LeadPerch affiliate program you earn 30% of each paid invoice (including 30% of a one-time Lifetime purchase) (excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks) from customers who sign up within 60 days of clicking your referral link, for 12 months from that customer’s first payment. Attribution uses a cookie and the last valid referral link clicked before signup; we cannot credit referrals that clear cookies, use another device, or sign up after 60 days. Self-referrals are not eligible. Commissions are held for 30 days and paid monthly via PayPal or Stripe once your balance reaches $50; balances below $50 roll over. Commissions on refunded or disputed payments are reversed. You must disclose your affiliate relationship and must not spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, post fake reviews, misrepresent LeadPerch, or bid on LeadPerch brand terms in paid search. We may withhold commissions earned through fraud or rule violations, and may change or end the program with notice; commissions earned before a change remain payable. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and affiliates are independent, not our employees or agents.

Results depend on third-party public data and APIs that may change or be unavailable. We make no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or results.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
