How leads are found
Which sources LeadPerch searches, how far back it looks, and how often it refreshes.
Sources
- Reddit: public search results.
- Hacker News: stories and comments via the public Algolia search API.
- X (Twitter): paid plans only, within a monthly allowance (see Plans and limits).
Freshness
Each refresh looks back over the past week. Feeds refresh automatically once a day, and “Refresh now” on the dashboard runs one immediately.
Few or no leads?
- Use buyer phrases rather than your brand or product name.
- Shorten long keywords; exact long phrases rarely match.
- Add phrases about competitors (“alternative to X”, “X too expensive”).
- On the free plan only your first 3 keywords are searched.
