Chrome extension
Spot buyers while you scroll Reddit and X
The free LeadPerch extension adds a small 0–100 buying-intent badge next to Reddit and X posts, so the threads where someone is asking for a product like yours stand out.
Status
The extension is pending Chrome Web Store review. Until it is listed, you can install it manually from the zip (developer mode) using the steps below. We will update this page with the store link once it is approved.
What it does
- Reads the text of posts visible on reddit.com and x.com while you browse.
- Scores each one with the same quick heuristic LeadPerch uses for its first pass (no AI, no account needed).
- Shows a small badge: teal for high intent, amber for medium, grey for low. Hover it to see why.
- It never posts, likes, follows or messages anyone.
Install (developer mode, while review is pending)
- Download and unzip the extension package (ask us for it at the moment; the store listing will replace this step).
- Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
- Click “Load unpacked” and choose the unzipped folder.
- Open Reddit or X. Badges appear next to posts after a second.
Privacy
Only the post text is sent to leadperch.app to compute the score. No URLs, usernames, cookies, browsing history or identifiers are collected, there are no analytics, and post text is not stored. The server keeps only a hashed daily request counter for rate limiting. Permissions are limited to reddit.com, x.com/twitter.com (to show badges) and leadperch.app (to get scores).
Want more than a badge?
LeadPerch searches Reddit, Hacker News and X for you every day, scores posts with AI, and drafts helpful, disclosed replies you post yourself. The free plan needs no card.
